Returns

Unopened and unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, email contact@jigjar.com with your order number and we’ll provide return instructions.

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety.

Change of mind returns: customer covers return shipping.
Defective or incorrect items: we cover shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Additional Terms

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
• Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.
• Orders may be cancelled before shipment only.
