Returns
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at contact@jigjar.com and include your order number. We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened, used, washed, or damaged products cannot be returned.
Return Shipping

Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: JIG JAR will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for products received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process outlined above.

Orders placed through third-party marketplaces, retailers, or other sales channels are subject to the policies of those respective platforms.
JIG JAR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
