1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required
Due to hygiene and food-safety standards, used or opened kitchenware items cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used products

Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling

Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)

Gift cards or digital downloads
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos/video showing the issue

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation
We cover replacement shipping for defective items.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect

If the return is approved due to a product issue, shipping costs will be covered by us
6. Exchanges
We only replace items that are:

damaged

received in error

7. UAE Orders – Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Returns
For UAE customers who paid using COD:

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (not cash)

Customer must provide full name, IBAN, and contact details

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
8. USA Orders (Amazon)
If you purchased via Amazon:

Returns, refunds, and replacements must follow Amazon’s return policy

Please process your request through your Amazon account for faster service
9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped

Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on courier status

COD orders that are refused at delivery may result in restriction of future COD eligibility
