Shipping Policy

At JIG JAR, we’re committed to fast, secure, and reliable shipping so your baking journey can begin as soon as possible.


1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship across the United States via Amazon’s Fulfillment Network (FBA). Your order is processed and delivered by Amazon’s trusted logistics team.


2. Delivery Times

Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
Prime members enjoy FREE 1–2 Day Shipping, depending on location and availability.

You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.


3. Carriers

All orders are shipped through Amazon-partnered carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
We do not currently offer custom carrier selection.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Amazon Prime members: FREE delivery on eligible items
  • Non-Prime orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout via Amazon


5. International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally via our website. 

However, our products may be available globally via Amazon Global Shipping. 

Please check Amazon.com for your region.


6. Order Tracking

You will receive an automatic email or SMS with tracking info once your order ships.
If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours, please contact us at contact@jigjar.com


7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery times, delays due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons may occur. 

We appreciate your understanding and support.
